He is from the Al-Nawasir tribe, which descends from the last prince of the Bani Tamim tribe. After completing his primary education in one of Kuwait's schools, he joined Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University in Riyadh and successfully completed his studies until he obtained his doctorate from King Saud University. His thesis was titled "Evaluating the Historical Era with Contemporary Critical Studies," covering the period from the death of the Prophet Othman to the assassination of Hussein.
