Jamal al-Din bin Muhammad Said bin Qasim al-Hallaq al-Qasimi (1283 AH / 1866 AD – 1332 AH / 1914 AD), is the author of the story of Kalila wa Dimna and one of the pioneers of the scientific and religious renaissance in the Levant in the modern era. He is considered one of the great Muslim scholars in the first half of the fourteenth century AH, and he has many valuable works from which scholars and students in the Islamic nation have benefited, including women. The era of the Companions and those who followed them was filled with immortal men and immortal women, who were great and distinguished by their intelligence, shrewdness, rare heroism, and extraordinary deeds, and their greatness made them leaders to be guided by and whose actions are to be emulated.
