Ramadan Councils Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Othaymin

The author of this book is Muhammad ibn Salih ibn Muhammad al-Uthaymin al-Muqbil al-Wahibi al-Tamimi. He was a Saudi scholar and jurist, a professor at the College of Sharia, and a member of the Council of Senior Scholars. He passed away – may Allah have mercy on him – in the year 1421 AH.
