About the author of the book "Mukhtasar Minhaj al-Qasidin"
His name is Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Omar, and his full name is Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Omar Muhammad ibn Qudamah al-Maqdisi. His paternal grandfather is Abu Omar, who is known as the brother of al-Muwaffaq ibn Qudamah, the author of the book "Al-Mughni."
