Jurisprudence according to the Four Schools of Thought by Al-Jaziri is considered one of the most famous contemporary books that discusses jurisprudence according to the four schools of thought: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hanbali. The first volume was published in 1939, but its author did not complete it, as the Book of Hudud from the fifth volume was published after the author's death, and what remained of the book: the Book of Waqf, Judiciary, Jihad, and others, were not written by Al-Jaziri.
