Al-Muriskiyūn Manṣūr Abd Al-Ḥakīm

The Islamic nation went through many great tribulations. Among them was the fall of Andalusia into the hands of the Crusaders, after it had been under Islamic rule for hundreds of years since Tariq ibn Ziyad and Musa ibn Nusayr conquered it during the Umayyad caliphate in 711 AD. After the fall of the last stronghold of Andalusia, the city of Granada, at the end of 1491 AD and its official surrender in early 1492 AD, and the end of Arab and Islamic rule in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), which lasted for about 780 years, the people of Andalusia, both Muslims and Jews, who were called "Moriscos," found themselves exposed to expulsion from the areas that had become subject to Christian rule, or to forced conversion to Christianity. Thus, the Muslims of Andalusia found themselves in the wind. They went through a long period of suffering that culminated in the issuance of a decree on April 9, 1609, which stipulated their final expulsion from Spain. A large group of these Muslims decided to leave Andalusia.
The word "Moriscos" or "Morisco" is one of the terms used in Arab and Islamic history. The word "Morisco" appears in many writings and classifications to refer to Muslims who were forced to convert to Christianity after the fall of Granada into the hands of the Castilians. It then evolved into the word "Morisco," meaning Muslims who remained in Spain under Christian rule after the fall of the Islamic kingdoms and were forced to convert to Christianity. Thus, Morisco means a Muslim who converted to Christianity in Spain after this date.
Thus, all Muslims in Andalusia (Spain) were forced to convert to Christianity, and all books were burned except for medical books, which is a crime against humanity, in an attempt to put an end to the Islamic religion in Andalusia. This book tells the tragedy from beginning to end.
