William Guy Carr was an officer in the Royal Canadian Navy who worked in the Ministry of Information and Intelligence as well as in the Zionist media office. He published this book in the mid-1950s with the aim of exposing the causes of the decline of nations and of their conflicts, wars and revolutions. With the outbreak of the First World War, (William Carr) had joined the American navy, and as he rose through the military ranks he continued studying the steps of what he described as “the great Jewish conspiracy.” Before his mysterious death, he published his books «Satan, Prince of This World» and **«The Red Fog Over America»**, in addition to this book, which thinkers regarded as a voice of warning calling on the world’s sensible people to unite in the march of good against the forces of evil

His Vision in This Book
Carr attributed this decline and degeneration to what he called “the hidden forces” that control leaders and peoples as though they were pieces on a chessboard. According to the book, these forces are the Jews, rabbis and lobbies, whom he called “the Illuminati,” responsible for launching what is known as the New World Order. As a devout Christian and evangelist, he saw the conflict raging in the world as an eternal struggle between good and evil, and between faith and atheism. He also considered that the atheism the Illuminati promote among young people, together with moral corruption, was enough to break up and weaken nations, paving the way for the evil plans of the Illuminati

William Carr opens his book with a historical survey of the origin and emergence of the Jews, as well as the origins of races and their divisions in Europe, then turns to the role the Jews played in world revolutions from the mid-eighteenth century to the mid-1950s, starting with the English Revolution, through the French and Russian Revolutions, up to the First and Second World Wars

In his book the author asserts that the Jews pursue long-term plans to spread evil and atheism and corrupt morals using various means, whether through the high positions held by their agents or through forgery, bribery and blackmail of officials and decision-makers. Indeed, as he describes it, this extended to engineering economic crises, as happened in America and Britain, which exhausted countries with debt and caused poverty and hunger among peoples. William regards communism as the foremost enemy of humanity, and holds that the Jews exploited it to achieve their aims of corrupting the world. He also considered Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin to be merely other pieces on the chessboard, while Hitler, in his view, was the leader most aware of the danger the Jews posed to the world, though he did not approve of the massacres Hitler committed against them
