A sound nature makes a woman live in a state of psychological satisfaction, which helps preserve her beauty. Trimming nails, using a miswak, and rinsing the mouth ensure her health, cleanliness, and purity, because cleanliness of appearance indicates cleanliness of essence. When a Muslim woman adheres to this, she becomes an example for others, a unique model, and a shining star amidst the darkness.
This book came to guide women to the first steps away from obscenities, sins, transgressions, the filth of chaos, and blind imitation of the West. It came to clarify the sunnahs of sound nature for the Muslim woman: such as trimming nails, plucking armpit hair, using a miswak, rinsing the mouth, sniffing water into the nose, and many other things that a woman is keen on to appear in her best form.
