Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen

"Northanger Abbey is Jane Austen's first completed novel. The novel was written over an extended period, beginning around 1794 and completed between 1798 and 1799, but it was not published until after her death in 1817.
Northanger Abbey tells the story of a naive country girl who falls in love with a young man and invites him and his family to visit their home, after which many mysterious events occur in the abbey where they live."
